Welcome to Divine Tribe. By using our website, www.ineedhemp.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are intended to be clear and straightforward.
Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts up to 1 year for most products (1 week for glass items). If 1 year has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. For exchanges items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
For items broken or lost in your shipment, contact with us right away with a clear photo of the broken item(s) or all items received so we can help address the issue.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued for:
- Parts with manufacturing defects.
- Unused heaters, coils, and bases.
- Batteries for up to 1 year (excludes damage from drops or water).
Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition, or returned beyond 1 year days.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the costs of returning items, and these shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for most products.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping for a flat fee of $19, which includes tracking. Please note that customs and VAT charges for EU countries are the customer’s responsibility. We will declare shipment values as low as possible to minimize costs.
Exchanges: Replacements are available for defective or damaged items on domestic shipments. International customers must return items to receive an exchange. For assistance, contact matt@ineedhemp.com.
Caution, Safety, and Age Requirement
Our devices require knowledge of wattage and electricity to avoid risks such as fire hazards. Seek guidance or ask questions before use. Divine Tribe Co. is not liable for damages resulting from inappropriate or irresponsible use. Buyers accept full responsibility for any resulting damages or injuries, releasing Divine Tribe from liability.
Our products are intended for the aromatherapy of essential and medicinal oils and are not FDA-regulated medical devices. We are working towards meeting FDA regulations and have conducted off-gassing reports for our heaters and diffusers to ensure quality.
All purchasers must be at least 21 years of age.
