Divine Tribe Affiliate Program Terms of Use

As an authorized affiliate of Divine Tribe (ineedhemp.com), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering.

By signing up for the Divine Tribe Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

What We Are Looking For

Our affiliate program is built for people who genuinely introduce Divine Tribe to new audiences. We welcome affiliates who promote us through:

  • Vaporizer review websites and blogs
  • YouTube channels with original reviews and comparisons
  • Cannabis and vaporizer community forums (Reddit, Discord, etc.)
  • Social media content and recommendations
  • Email newsletters to your own audience
  • Any original content that helps people discover Divine Tribe for the first time

Prohibited Promotion Methods

The following promotion methods are strictly prohibited and will result in commission denial and account termination:

  • Brand bidding / Paid search on our brand names: Running Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any paid search campaigns targeting “Divine Tribe,” “ineedhemp,” “DTV,” or any variation of our brand names or product names. This includes broad match, phrase match, and exact match.
  • Coupon and deal aggregator sites: Listing our products or coupons on coupon sites, deal sites, cashback sites, or browser extension deals.
  • Trademark misuse: Using our brand name, logo, or trademarks in ad copy, display URLs, or domain names without explicit written permission.
  • Intercepting existing customers: Any method that targets people who are already searching for Divine Tribe or navigating to ineedhemp.com. We only pay commissions for genuinely new customer referrals.
  • Spamming: Mass unsolicited emails, forum spam, or any deceptive advertising.
  • Self-referrals: Referring yourself or using your own affiliate link for personal purchases.
  • Misleading claims: False product claims, fake reviews, or deceptive advertising of any kind.

Commissions

  • Commission rate: 10% on qualifying sales.
  • Commissions are paid monthly via crypto, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App.
  • We do not pay via PayPal.
  • Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
  • Commissions earned through prohibited promotion methods will be denied.

Approval and Termination

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to using any of the prohibited promotion methods listed above.

Any unpaid commissions earned through prohibited methods will be forfeited upon termination.

Changes to This Agreement

Divine Tribe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
