How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same day. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Here are our current flat-rate shipping costs:

Is the packaging discreet?

Absolutely. All orders ship in plain packaging with a personal name as the sender — no Divine Tribe or ineedhemp branding on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products and prefer to help you troubleshoot any issues before a return. If we can solve the problem together, that is always our first choice. That said, if you received the wrong item or your product is unused, we are happy to accept returns. For used products, we would rather work with you through customer support to get things right.

What do you recommend for someone new to concentrates?

If you are just getting into concentrates and dabbing, we recommend starting with the Core Deluxe eRig or the V5 XL with Pico. Both are excellent beginner-friendly setups that deliver great flavor and vapor right out of the box.

What about dry herb vaping — where should I start?

For dry herb, the Ruby Twist is our top recommendation hands down. If you are looking for something smaller and more affordable to try out, the Gen 2 DC is an older design but still very effective and a great entry point.

What warranty do you offer?

We offer approximately a 1-year warranty on all battery-powered devices, eNail controller boxes, and eNail coils. Small atomizer coils are covered only if they arrive defective — just send us a photo and we will take care of it. Glass items are not covered under warranty due to their fragile nature.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards through Authorize.net, as well as cryptocurrency.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! We are located in Humboldt County, California. If you are in the area, local pickup is available. Just reach out to us to arrange it.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?

We sure do! Follow us on our social media channels to catch our coupon codes when we drop them. We are active on YouTube, Reddit, and Discord.

Are your products legal?

Yes. All of our products are completely legal to purchase and own.
