This will only work with the PICO that uses the micro usb which has hardware that is upgradeable
The pico with type C that i sell has autofire built in , but will not allow you to install the arctic fox firmware
First download nfe tools in the ZIP-FILE link below:
if it does not download try a different browser, you will need to make a designated Arctic Fox folder and unzip files to your specified folder,
once files are loaded into folder CLICK and open the nToolbox Application
Now connect the computer to the pico mod using a micro usb data cable (note not all cables will work, they have to be able to transmit data.)
Once the NToolbox is open CLICK on the firmware updater
Notice that the Pico has been connected,
Now download the PICO AF Firmware BIN file below to load arctic fox onto your pico
SKIP THIS PART IF YOU WANT ARCTIC FOX
or download the stock PICO AUTOFIRE FIRMWARE and you will have Autofire option without arctic fox, follow step below to upload file in the same manner to pico, from there you will be all set to go without continuing the others steps.
TO USE THE AUTOFIRE FEATURE __HOLD FIRE button and + to choose amount of seconds then double click in any mode to activate autofire , press fire button once to stop auto fire early if you choose.
after downloaded to your designated folder
Click Update From a file
Now Open the PICO AF Firmware Bin file or the PICO AUTOFIRE(whichever you chose)
Your Pico Mod should now have Arctic Fox or the Autofire ELEAF firmware installed
Once completed click ok and close the Firmware Updater for the NToolbox
Now that you have installed arctic fox you can use a configuration someone has already set up or you can program your own configuration, You can have 8 profiles in your configuration, For now I have made 1 configuration that has 3 profiles on it, you can download load it here Quest, the v4 and the v5 Prototype, now follow the steps below to load it to your pico.
If you do not want to use my configuration you can learn how to use arCtic fox and download these instructions to set all the parameters yourself.
To Load a Configuration click the ArCticFox Configuration
Now open and choose the saved configuration file
Once configuration is loaded now click Upload Settings and this will put this new configuration on to your PICO. Click Fire button 3x to cycle through 8 different profiles
My favorite feature with Arctic Fox is the autofire feature, all you do is click the button 2x fast and this will start the cycle where you can have as much as 60 seconds of heatup time without pressing the button every ten seconds like with the normal firmware requires you to.
