The Tug E-Rig includes a ceramic heated chamber with heating elements inside the base and sides based on the side and bottom heated technology of the Divine Crossing v5 Heater. The internal heating elements produce thick clouds of tasty vapor with minimal effort. The taller side walls help contain the concentrate and are compatible with a wide range of carb caps. It uses a variable voltage heating system with haptic feedback to let you know when the session is ready. Ideal for both beginners and experienced dabbers who want a device that “just works.” Comes with UN 38.3 Certified Li-Ion Battery Pack, CE Certified, FCC Certification and FDA Approved Silicone.

🔹 How to Operate:

• Five clicks: Lock or unlock TUG Base
• Hold: Manual fire up to 60 seconds
• Two clicks: Activate session mode – One click to cancel
• Three clicks: Change heat setting – Blue/Green/White/Red from Low to High
• Four clicks: Display power level – Red/Low, White/Medium, Green/Full

❗ Important Notes:
Always hold your e-rig upright to prevent spills. Charge the base using the provided cable. Fill the bubbler from the top, ensuring any excess liquid is wiped away. Do not fill the bubbler past the bottom third. Place the bubbler onto the TUG base and press down gently to seal. Select your desired heat setting (start low if unsure).

🌡️ Session Temperatures &  🔋 Safety Features:
The total session time for the TUG E-Rig is 80 seconds, including the pre-heat time. When the temperature is reached and pre-heat is finished, the TUG will vibrate. Each heating profile is set up with a multi-stage voltage to maintain a stable temperature during use. The longer you wait to inhale, the higher the temperature will be. Starting with the vibrate is suggested for consistent results. Higher temps can be achieved by waiting a few seconds after the pre-heat vibrate!

• Blue: Approx. 210°C
• Green: Approx. 220°C
• White: Approx. 240°C
• Red: Approx. 260°C

The TUG E-Rig also comes with several safety features: Over-charge, Over-discharge/Low battery, Over-heat, Low heater resistance, Short-circuit, and No atomizer warnings.

When your TUG base flashes three times, it’s trying to tell you something:

• Blue: Short-circuit warning
• Green: No atomizer warning
• White: Over-heat warning
• Red: Low battery warning

🧽 Cleaning:
Wipe out the heater with a q-tip after each use. Clean the area around the RDA heater weekly. Replace bubbler water daily. To clean the bubbler, fill with hot water, shake, soak in ISO, and rinse thoroughly.

📜 Warranty Information:
Contact the store for warranty claims. The TUG power base has a one-year manufacturer warranty. The atomizer has a one-week manufacturer warranty against defects.

Meet the Crossing Buddy HDT! This heated ceramic dab tool is perfect for reaching the corners of small pots and comes with a silicone-lined storage pot for easy dabs on the go. The Buddy HDT battery offers three power settings: use the low setting to preserve maximum terpenes and the high setting for quick cutting and dropping. It also includes a cap to protect the heated tip.

🔹 Compatibility:
The Buddy HDT is fully compatible with all Coil King AIO parts, so you can swap tips and use it with your Coil King battery.

❗ Important Notes:
Remember to always heat the tool before cutting and dropping your concentrate. Avoid pulling the concentrate sideways to prevent damaging the tip. The tip gets very hot, so do not touch it during or right after use until it cools down.
