Took a day and a half to dial it in but then, WOW!!! Really brings out the flavor and can slam like a freight train if thats what you want. Can’t give 5 stars due to the installed heater having intermittent connection problems. (Made dialing it in a MAJOR frustration.) Disassembled and found no physical danage to the leads so I’m assuming it’s either the solder connection or the coil trace inside the heater. Still, a great product that exceeded my expectations once I found the “sweet spot.”

Upgraded from the V4 and wow what a difference! Delicious hits, and improves everything that was wrong with the V4 (which was honestly a great unit with some minor faults). Also have to compliment Matt on the amazing customer service at every stage of the game. I’m in Europe and was nervous about ordering but my V5 was in my hands 12 days after ordering, and is just amazing- my only regret is waiting so long.
