Ruby Twist Original Specs from Crossing
- Housing: titanium Ruby Twist Injector with gemstone-cut rubies inside, and the signature Twist airflow mechanism beneath the gemstones
- Heater: 20mm heater coil with a silicone handle pre-installed, plus a pre-installed heat guard for the housing
- Temperature: runs best between 270 and 330C, with about 305C recommended for the standard bowl (the older Thermal Twist ran 300 to 370C)
- Glass bowl: 14.4mm male glass bowl with side carb, approx. 0.4g max capacity
- Also in the box: 14.4mm to 18.8mm adapter, Keck clip, steel stand, SQP scoop and tamper, wood cleaning brush, spare screens, power cable, instruction manual
- Micro PID: 150W, 120V (switches to 220V automatically with a 220V coil), 220F to 990F range, 5-pin XLR connector, heats up within 45 seconds, auto shutoff, digital screen
Crossing’s own warning: not all XLR ports are the same. Confirm your PID controller wiring matches before plugging in a coil, because the wrong pinout can permanently damage the coil and the controller.

Flower dabs are amazing with this thing. I recommend adding the titanium bowl and glass bong with the kit. I rarely smoke anymore because the flavor and high is so intense and satisfying with this rig I have no interest in smoking my buds anymore.

This kit has been great for when I want something strong at the end of the night. It’s too strong for me to use daily tho because it rips. Definitely different than combustion. The high is different too, but overall better for me. The packaging was incredible and even personable, which feels like a weird thing to say. The glass slide on the straight pipe was cracked and they still shipped it but also put in a new one as well as a couple, much-appreciated, extras in addition to the titanium piece I selected in the order.
