Ruby Twist Original Specs from Crossing
Crossing’s own warning: not all XLR ports are the same. Confirm your PID controller wiring matches before plugging in a coil, because the wrong pinout can permanently damage the coil and the controller.
How to Run It
Running temperatures
Injector bowl: 518–626°F (270–330°C). Most people land around 581°F (305°C).
Microdose and diffuser bowls run cooler: 464–554°F (240–290°C), around 527°F (275°C).
These are the temperatures the heater and the bowl want. What your controller shows on the display may sit above or below that depending on how it is calibrated, so treat the number on the screen as a starting point and go by the vapor.
Two things that break glass
Don’t leave the housing sitting in the glass bowl while it heats up.
Never store it installed on the bowl. The heat expansion cracks glass.

Flower dabs are amazing with this thing. I recommend adding the titanium bowl and glass bong with the kit. I rarely smoke anymore because the flavor and high is so intense and satisfying with this rig I have no interest in smoking my buds anymore.

The high is different too, but overall better for me. The packaging was incredible and even personable, which feels like a weird thing to say. The glass slide on the straight pipe was cracked and they still shipped it but also put in a new one as well as a couple, much-appreciated, extras in addition to the titanium piece I selected in the order.
